Add your first data block

A data block takes one or more attached files, parses them, and renders an interactive view: a diffraction pattern, an NMR spectrum, a cycling curve.

Blocks available on your instance

The list you see is exactly the set installed on your instance. Commonly installed blocks include XRD, NMR, Raman, FTIR, UV-Vis, TGA, electrochemistry and EIS — but which of these are present, and what else is there, is a per-instance decision.

A block you need is missing?

Either it exists upstream and is not installed, or nobody has written it yet. See Write a data block.

Working with a plot
